District Council 21 provides career opportunities to apprentice and journeyperson individuals in the construction industry. We represent over 5,000 members in the finishing trades as Painters, Drywall Finishers, Wallcoverers, Glaziers and Glass Workers, Sign and Display and many more exciting occupations.

We are recognized as one of the most active District Councils in the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades both politically and committed to helping to shape the communities where our members live.
