Lifestyles Programs by simply logging onto ibxpress.com.
Did you know
that you may be eligible to receive incentives and reimbursements for first-aid/CPR
classes, lactation consultant, prenatal classes, and/or bike helmets. Independence
Blue Cross also reimburses up to $200 for Weight Management and Smoking
Cessation programs, as well as $150 for a gym membership. Your District
Council recommends and requests that members and families of IUPAT DC 21
do not patronize PLANET FITNESS. PLANET FITNESS continues to hire and build
by paying unfair wages and benefits. |

ATAP is a non-profit, IRS approved,
Pennsylvania corporation, created by Philadelphia Trade Unions to contain
costs and promote improved service delivery for drug and alcohol abuse,
mental health concerns and related issues to union members, retirees and
dependents. |

| ATAP was created to address the
needs of union members arising out of substance abuse and mental health
issues as well as related problems. Recognition, treatment, education and
cost containment are the areas addressed by ATAP.
